Please click on the Family Portal link to begin your online registration forms. Once this process has been completed, please call 936.709.5700 to set up your registration appointment.

At this appointment you will provide all original documents required (see below) and meet with a counselor to choose classes.

All documents must be presented at time of appointment.

Required documents:

• Original Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Immunization Records – State Law prohibits registration without proof of current immunization records.
• Current Proof of Residency – District policy will accept only the following to verify attendance zone: gas, water, or electric bill for the current month, a newly signed lease agreement
• Last report card or transcript
• License or picture ID of person completing enrollment (per Senate Bill 1432)
• Military ID, custody or foster care paperwork, if applicable

Conroe ISD has partnered with Parchment, a leader in e Transcript exchange, to send high school transcripts and graduation verifications electronically, securely and confidentially to destinations of your choice. This service is available online, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Alumni students simply request a transcript and designate the academic institution, organization, or individual they would like to receive it. You will be notified via email when your request is complete and you can also track the status of your request.

Third Party Enrollment and Graduation Verification requests are also made via Parchment by selecting the school link below. We no longer process these requests via phone or email.
