Physicals for 2021-2011 – Students planning to be in Athletics, Drill Team, Cheer, Band or JROTC

Students needing physicals can obtain one at school on Tuesday, April 20 at CHS Main Campus. All students must Register by Thursday, April 8th in order to get a physical. The cost is $20, payable online when registering or cash/check the day of physicals. Contact the Athletic Trainers or your Coach for more information on how to register.
