Summer STAAR at CHS June 24-26

For those students who failed (or were absent from school during STAAR testing days) Spring STAAR tests; Conroe HS is offering retesting opportunities this Summer on the following schedule:

Monday, June 24 English I
Tuesday, June 25 Algebra I, Biology, US History
Wednesday, June 26 English II

We recommend taking advantage of this retesting opportunity while the material is still relatively fresh in your student’s mind.  However, if your student does not take the optional test(s) in June, the next mandatory STAAR testing will be in December 2024.

Your student’s STAAR scores, along with more detailed information, will be available on Texas Education Agency’s online Family Portal (https://www.texasassessment.gov) starting June 7.  You will need your student’s 6-character Student Portal Access Code, which can be found on your child’s home page in CISD’s Parent Access.
