2020 Graduation Information

Date: Thursday, June 4, 2020

Location: Woodforest Bank Stadium, 19115 David Memorial Dr., Shenandoah, TX 77385

Times: 8 AM – students with last names beginning A – K
8 PM – students with last names beginning L – Z
(Please note the appropriate time for your student’s ceremony since TWO ceremonies will be conducted for appropriate social distancing.)

Tickets: Each graduate will receive a ticket for themselves as well as 4 guest tickets.

Information: We will send out details prior to graduation regarding parking, seating, entrance gates, social distancing, and other important information that will help this graduation ceremony be fun and exciting while also being as safe and healthy as possible.
The times for the graduations are set to minimize heat concerns for our guests and graduates.
All graduates will be seated six feet apart on the field. Ticketed seating in the stands will be spaced out with 3-4 empty seats between families and an empty row between groups to allow for social distancing.
If you have more than four people who would like to see graduation, we will be live streaming the ceremony. Please see the Graduation Central section of the Conroe ISD webpage at the time of graduation for the link.
All graduates and guests must meet the required health guidelines to attend an event. Please see the Graduation Central section of the Conroe ISD webpage for this information. We also ask that individuals with a compromised immune system or those in a high-risk category watch the ceremony via live stream.
We plan to hold the graduation ceremonies at the date and times noted above. We also realize that with an outside event in June in Texas we may experience some rain. If it is not raining at the time of graduation, we plan to proceed. We may also delay or move up a ceremony’s start time to avoid inclement weather.
If we have to cancel a ceremony due to weather, we have built in make-up times on Saturday, June 6, at 8 AM and 8 PM; Sunday, June 7, at 8 PM; and Monday, June 8, at 8 AM and 8 PM. You will be notified of the specific make-up graduation time should a ceremony need to be rescheduled.
We realize that our graduates have missed some traditional events and memories. Please join me, during this unusual time, in celebrating this graduating class in a unique and different way. It will be fun, exciting, different, and will definitely create great memories.
