TIGER FOOTBALL 2012 Season Football Ticket Information Conroe Tiger reserved football tickets will go on sale, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, July 23rd, 24th, 25th, from 9:00-3:00 p.m. and Mon. July 30th and Tues. July 31st from 12:00- 4:00 p.m. There will also be an evening sale on Tuesday July 31st from 6:00-8:00 pm. Tickets may be purchased ($35.00 a book) at the Conroe High Athletic Office. This sale is for current ticket holders. Any tickets
not purchased during this time, will be sold to the public. If you wish NOT to purchase your reserved tickets, please call Susan Brown at 936-709-5819. General Ticket Sales will go on sale to the general public on Thursday & Friday, Aug 9th and 10th from the hours of 9:00-3:00 p.m. Tickets will be sold on a first come first serve basis. CONROE AREA BASEBALL CAMP When: June 4-6 Time:  9 AM-noon Where:         Ferrell Park at Elmore Field (CHS) Cost:   $75 Ages:  6-15 (incoming freshman) What:  Instruction from CHS coaches and former players, throwing mechanics, base-running and sliding, fundamentals of hitting             and fielding, drills to make you a better offensive and defensive player
The following are competitive sports regulated the the University Interscholastic League and also substitute for physical education in all three graduation plans. Team selection by tryouts and Coaching Staff Approval. Students may earn only 2 credits of P.E. or P.E. alternative for any state graduation plan. Credits earned after the two state credits are local credits. Requirements to enter athletic programs include: copy of birth certificate, signed policy book of each sport by parent, and a completed physical each year as soon as school starts. Any student withdrawing or who is removed from a sport will not be allowed to immediately transfer to another sport. Athletes must be in an athletic period. No athlete can change an athletic schedule without permission of the Campus AD
and/or the Principal.
Wrestling- The Conroe High Wrestling athletic period is designed to service athletes who are not participating in other sports at Conroe High School (wrestling only). The Wrestling class will provide athletes with conditioning, strength training, and wrestling skills needed to compete at the high school level. The class is available to both male and female athletes. A student that is involved in another sport will stay in their athletic class and wrestle after school. |
