Thursday, February 11, 2010, at 7:00pm in the Conroe High Pit Gymnasium, the Harlem Wizards will play the Terrifying Tigers. Teachers from our school will be playing a basketball game against the Harlem Wizards. In case you are unfamiliar with the Wizards, they are a professional entertainment basketball team. They have toured the world with a team comprised of players with illustrious college and professional basketball careers. Each player brings their unique talent and humor to the court. They will only have 6 or 7 players against our squad of 20-30! Tickets are $10.00 if purchased in advance or $12.00 at the Door. Refreshments and Souvenirs will be sold at the game, as well as a Live & Silent Auction. A free Autograph Session will follow the game. FAFSA Workshop

A free FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid) workshop will be held at Conroe High School on February 11, 2010 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. It will be held in the Conroe High School College & Career Center. Sam Houston State University Financial Aide counselors will be available for assistance. Please bring you or your parents’ 1040 income tax information. You will leave here with a completed FAFSA application and the chance for financial aid from the government.

Battle of the Bands – BOB

On Saturday, February 13, 2010, at 7:00 PM in the CHS Auditorium you can hear some fabulous bands. Come find out and vote on who is the best. Tickets are $10 and will be sold during lunches, Wednesday-Friday, February 10-12.

Conroe ISD Check Acceptance Policy

In the event that a check written to Conroe High School, Cafeteria or District Office is returned unpaid by your bank, Conroe ISD or it’s agent (CheckSmart Recovery) will redeposit your check electronically. Additionally, you understand and agree that we may electronically collect a returned check fee of $30.00 plus applicable sales tax. The use of a check for payment is your Acknowledgement and Acceptance of this policy and its terms. You may reach CheckSmart Recovery at (888) 851-6634. Conroe High School does not accept checks for payment of Fees, Fines, Textbooks or Parking Permits.
