New 2010-2011 CISD Calendar Published Information for upcoming events Study Skills 101 When: August 3^rd and 4^th Time: 8AM-11AM Location: CHS LGI Conroe High is offering a new program this summer to teach study skills to students. The course is designed to help struggling students develop the skills they need to become a stronger student and to help advanced students become better organized. The course is for any student that will be a Conroe Tiger in the 2010-2011 school-year. It is free to the first 50 students that sign up. Parents are welcome to attend with their student. Transportation is not provided. To enroll, fill out this form and return it to the Mrs. Contello in the Tiger Den at CHS. We will let you know if you are one of the first 50 students!
CHS Summer Reading List for PreAP/AP/Dual Credit English - more information A summer reading assignment is a requirement of all students enrolled in Pre-AP, AP, and Dual Credit English classes, since building a literary bank is critical to success in an advanced curriculum. To avoid problems in locating the correct editions, teachers will have the assigned books available for purchase before students leave for summer vacation. Books will also be sold at the front desk (near Mr. Null’s office) over the summer. The tickets may be purchased ($35.00 a book) in the Athletic Department Office.
